Top 10 Best Employers in Malaysia for 2016: Aon Reveals

Malaysian companies are rising to the challenge along with multinationals in terms of people practices. Best Employers in Malaysia lead the way with 25 points higher engagement score than the market average, and 3.5 times more highly engaged employees than market average.
Last year was a difficult one for Malaysian companies, with both financial results and engagement levels taking a hit. While market average engagement scores decreased from 60% in 2015 to 54% in 2016, engagement scores for Best Employers in Malaysia rose from 83% to 87%.
At the same time, best employers also achieved 33 percent higher revenue and 62 percent higher profit than the market average.
